Mariah DuBose is a wellness strategist, speaker, and founder of Whealthy, a faith-led movement and whole-health brand helping people build lives rooted in purpose, discipline, and sustainable well-being.
With nearly a decade in tech specializing in change management, user experience, and behavior design, Mariah blends spiritual grounding with evidence-based practices to guide people through meaningful transformation.
Mariah directed the regional wellness efforts for Accenture, guiding the health of more than 10,000 employees for nearly 5 years.
In 2019, she founded Whealthy, a faith and community-centered well-being method helping individuals and organizations reconnect through conscious movement and nutrition. Her work integrates positive psychology, faith, and somatic resilience to help clients navigate life transitions with clarity, compassion, and consistency.
As a trusted voice in faith-based wellness, Mariah’s writing, workshops, and coaching inspire whole-person growth—encouraging people to move with purpose, nourish intentionally, and deepen their connection with God amid modern life.

Programs are adapted based on our initial consultation to start where you are currently -- both physically and mentally.
